INSURANCE

I do not accept insurance directly at this time; however, I do work through Headway and Rula indirectly to accept most insurance plans. Please contact me to talk through this process since this can be quite confusing and complicated, not to mention frustrating, when you are seeking help during difficult times.

In some cases I do have the ability to reduce your fee on a sliding scale. Income proof documents may be requested. This is also based on availability.

PAYMENT

Payment is due the day of your appointment.  You can pay with credit card or 3rd party payment apps, e.g., Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle, etc..

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

I require a 24 hour notification prior to the time of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel and/or reschedule. Otherwise, the full fee is charged.
